We process orders within 24 to 48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday), with the exception of Canadian and US public holidays. Orders received on weekends or Canadian and US public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

All orders placed to Canada ship FREE (the shipping cost is built into the retail cost). Standard shipping times within Canada can be up to 6 business days.

When placing your order please ensure the address you provide is a physical address and doesn’t contain any PO/APO/FPO or DPO addresses as we do not currently ship to them.

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number to enable you to track your order.
